Mission Call

Raegan came home for spring break and was anticipating her call coming at anytime.  Her call arrived on Wednesday, March 12th.  Unfortunately, her dad was in Europe on a business trip and would not be home until Friday so Raegan patiently waited for 2 days until her dad arrived home on Friday evening.

You are hereby called to serve as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  You are assigned to labor in the Ciudad Juarez, Mexico Mission.  It is anticipated that you will serve for a period of 18 months............

Raegan's Mission Blog

Raegan has asked me (her dad) to maintain a "Mission Blog" for her while she is in the mission field.  Hopefully family and friends can view this blog and keep up with letters and pictures from her mission.

Raegan has been contemplating going on a mission for a long time.  On Valentines Day 2014 she informed her family that she had decided to go on a mission and had already started to work on her papers. (Dad was the last to find out!) Within 2 days of her announcement, everything was ready to go and she hit the submit button!  She was now committed

Why is Raegan giving me a stuffed bear with a name tag and an envelope with dental records?
